TNI Vice President pays a courtesy call on Ambassador of Cambodia

          On 23 January 2018, 10.00 a.m. Ms. Pornanong Niyomka Horikawa, Vice President of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI) and TNI  delegates paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Long Visalo, Ambassador of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia at the Embassy of the Royal Cambodia in Thailand. The purpose of this visit is to introduce the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology and its international programs. TNI presented an innovative learning both undergraduate and graduate programs in Japanese style of MONODZUKURI supported by the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan). Besides, TNI also introduces the international programs for Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Engineering (DGE), Data Science and Analytics (DSA), and International Business Management (IBM)  which are now opened for applications with 30 scholarships and the first semester will begin in August 2018.  Both sides also discussed about educational cooperation between the two countries. His Excellency said Cambodia educational system is related to the French educational system which is a bit different from Thailand and many courses are also different in term of studying years, for example the medical course in Cambodia takes 7 year to complete the course while Thailand takes only 6 years.  High school system is also a bit different too.  However, the Embassy can help verifying the transcripts of Cambodian students who wish to apply to TNI international programs.
